Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how imdglobaluk.com, operated by IMD GLOBAL UK LIMITED (company number 16349894), uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Notice.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can store information in your browser in a comparable way. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), a website must ask for your consent before using cookies or similar technologies, unless they are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested.

This website does not use cookies or similar technologies to track you, to measure audiences or for advertising. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or social media plug-ins, and the website does not set non-essential cookies on your device.

Security check on our Contact page. Our enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is being used by a person and not an automated program. Turnstile loads only on the Contact page. To carry out the check, it may read information from your browser and may store information in it, such as a short-lived security cookie or a local storage entry. This is used solely to protect the form from spam and automated abuse, not to track you or for advertising. Because it is strictly necessary to provide the secure enquiry form you choose to use, it does not require consent under PECR. Cloudflare explains how it handles this data in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum (cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy).

Because we do not use non-essential cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner.

The films on our website are hosted on our own website. The films on our homepage play only when you press Play. The film at the top of our Dermocosmetic Projects page plays automatically without sound while it is on screen, and you can pause it at any time. None of our films load content or cookies from video platforms.

Links to EXODIAMOND, Instagram and WhatsApp are ordinary links. Those services may set their own cookies only if you choose to follow a link and visit their websites, under their own cookie policies.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Your browser's help pages explain how to do this.

If we introduce cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.

If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at info@imdglobaluk.com.
